After purchasing the Move x Better Membership, simply fill out a single form with your details and within 24 hours you'll have access to Better Bath Sports and Leisure Centre and your Move flexible membership, which allows for participation in specialised classes at various locations across Bath.

Your payment card will be automatically charged every 4 weeks. You retain the option to cancel one or both memberships at any time.

You get to enjoy the full benefits of both memberships with minimal hassle and maximum flexibility.

As a full member of Better Bath Sports and Leisure, we will send you instructions on how to log in to the Better website and access the customer portal through the Better UK app. This will enable you to conveniently book activities directly from your device.

Both the Better UK app and website provide a wealth of information, including facility opening times, pool temperatures, options for booking lessons, and more. This ensures you have all the details you need at your fingertips, enhancing your membership experience.

As a full member of Move, we will send you all the necessary information to log in to the Move website and how to download and use the Move app.

This will enable you to conveniently book activities directly from your device. Both the Move app and website provide a wealth of information, including activity locations, descriptions, reviews, and more. This ensures you have all the details you need at your fingertips, enhancing your membership experience.

If you decide that this membership is not for you, please give us 14 days' notice before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the next month. For example, if your billing date is the 30th, cancel by the 16th to end your membership at the end of the current month. If you cancel after the 16th, your membership will continue until the end of the following month.

To cancel, just contact the Move team as directed in your welcome email, and we'll take care of it for you.

You have the option to freeze your Move membership easily whenever you need a break. Simply go to the 'Manage Membership' section on your 'Account' page and click to freeze—it's automatic and takes effect immediately, until the date you set.

If you need to pause your monthly membership with Better due to pregnancy or medical reasons, you can request a freeze via the 'Memberships' option in your 'My Account' page. Please note that this is a request that requires approval and may take a few days to process.

Should your needs change and you decide to discontinue your Better membership, you can still enjoy all the benefits of your Move membership for just £29.96, billed every 4 weeks.

Please note that you may be requested to sign up to an annual contract at some point if you choose this option, which is a common arrangement for Better members who purchase directly.
